All products purchased at www.keigos.com, with warranty terms, must be strictly sent to our technical service department. A shipping label will be sent by email for a later return. The following should be taken into account:

1. Free Technical Service while the warranty is valid.

2. The warranty is valid within the United States.

3. The warranty must be honored by the Authorized Technical Service Center.

4. It will be valid when the damage is due to manufacturing defects.

All purchases have a maximum guarantee period of 60 calendar days.
The accessories warranty period is 30 calendar days.

 

Warranty Exceptions

1. The incorrect use, the bad installation, the failure to follow the instructions indicated in the manual.


2. Damage (s) caused by sulfated or improperly installed batteries.

3. If the item (s) have been intervened by unauthorized personnel or Technical Service Center.

4. If the damage (s) item (s) has (been) caused (s) by dirt, dust, water, oxidation, fungus, mold, fire, bumps, drops, fluctuations in voltage, vandalism, acts of nature, etc.

5. Failure to present the invoice or guarantee document.

6. The alteration or modification of the invoice or guarantee document.

7. The programs (software), inks, toner, special papers for printing are not changed, once opened.
