Shipping Policy

The products that appear on our website www.keigos.com, may vary in price or not exist at the time you place your order, in this case, no charge will be made to your credit card and the transaction will be canceled. You will be contacted to coordinate the delivery but if after 3 days of making the transaction we cannot contact you, the transaction will be canceled.

The handling, preparation, and shipping times of the purchase are made within a period of no more than 48 hours (business days). Remember that for security we DO NOT make personal deliveries.

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly place the information for the billing and shipping of their purchase on keigos.com, no changes will be made once the product is shipped.

For purchases of the following products we do not accept returns once sent to the end customer:

I) Microsoft Office 365 digital products.
II) Digital antivirus.
III) Digital gift card.
IV) Any other type of product is delivered in digital format.
